Commercial Property Solicitor

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) to join our busy and growing Commercial Property Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to work on a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters, acting for a diverse client base and working closely with experienced colleagues in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, finance, disposals, and landlord and tenant work
  • Advising clients on commercial leases, renewals, assignments, and variations
  • Conducting title investigations, due diligence, and reporting to clients and lenders
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other professional advisers
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial property documentation
  • Managing matters efficiently in line with deadlines and regulatory requirements
  • Contributing to client care and supporting business development activities


Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, or equivalent commercial property experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently with appropriate supervision
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, professional, and team-oriented approach
