MD Law solicitor shortlisted in Dental Times Power List 2026

MD Law’s Kate Beech has been shortlisted in the Dental Times Power List 2026 which recognises those shaping the future of UK dentistry.

Kate, who joined Sheffield’s MD Law in January 2025 as a consultant solicitor, delivers clear, pragmatic advice on complex transactions, supporting acquisitions, disposals, and consolidations within the dental sector and is highly valued for guiding stakeholders through regulatory, contractual, and operational complexities.

Her strategic insight, commercial awareness, and deep understanding of the healthcare market has earned the shortlisting in the Legal Advisor of the Year category at the nationally recognised awards which takes place on October 15 at the London Marriott on Grosvenor Square.

Matthew Dixon, founder of MD Law said: “Kate’s commitment to excellence, both in practice and leadership, as well as her proactive, solutions‑focused approach, combined with her professionalism and integrity, make her a worthy finalist.

“Her transactional corporate work in the healthcare sector was a new development for the firm and quickly brought new opportunities, enhancing the already successful corporate team’s offering as well as building and growing the healthcare team.”

Through Kate’s reputation, the firm has attracted some star performers in the dental M&A sector and attracted a breadth of dental practice clients, via recommendations.

As well as advising clients on dental M&A work, Kate also advises NHS dentists on incorporation and NHS contracts.

She is one of very few lawyers nationally to hold accreditations with both NASDAL and ASPD and sits on the membership committee in both organisations and a key contributor.
